Dess Terentyeva (b. 1992) is an award-winning author from Tampere. She writes both adults’ and YA books. She has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Jyväskylä. Terentyeva writes about otherness and love from multicultural point of view. Her writing also carries strong queer themes.
